24-year old Jesse Seth Diaz of Bartlesville appeared in a Washington County Courtroom charged with possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction. 

According to a court document, officers found in Diaz possession a 9mm handgun.  Diaz was a passenger inside a car.  Court records indicate that Diaz was convicted in Kay County for manufacturing meth, and second degree burglary.  Diaz was convicted in Washington for assault and battery on a police officer, and convicted in Tulsa County for assault and battery on a police officer.

Diaz next court date is December 16th.  Bond was set at $50,000.
